About the role
As a Central Operations Coordinator, you would be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of the processes supporting our buildings. Reporting to the Director of Operations, key responsibilities of the role include:
- Auditing our buildings and ensuring a standard level of quality standards
- Ensuring the Operations team adhere to building process (mainly around our keys and assets process)
- Look to ensure value for money and cost saving across procurement, cleaning, gardening and other ‘Soft FM’ services and completing regular reviews of our contractors, overseeing improvements and contracts
- Coordinate the ‘mystery shopping’ process across all sites and share feedback with the Operations Team
- Oversee our ticketing system ‘FreshDesk’ and ensure that all tickets are allocated to the team correctly and that data is correctly inputted
- Own the relationship with our logistics company, to ensure deliveries are accurate and on time
- Ensure the Operations team adhere to logistics and asset management best practice at all times
About you
You’re meticulous and love driving cost saving and organizational initiatives. You can hold others accountable to process and can juggle multiple responsibilities at once, you have;
- Around 3 years’ experience within an operational role - But we can be flexible on this if you’re a super organized and methodical person!
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Proven experience of a role focused on time management and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating and project managing, including management of budget and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
