About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join a dynamic sales team within a fast growing company. You’ll be building strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure a successful sales pipeline. You will be;
- Hosting viewings as well as holding a pre tour call with the client or broker to double check qualification and ensuring our units are a 7.5+ Canvas Rating before the viewings
- Proactively generating leads
- Managing your pipeline by grading your opportunities on our CRM as well as providing weekly pipeline updates, regularly reviewing your leads and revisiting old opportunities
- Forecasting by reporting on opportunities weekly and committing to a number of deals per month based on the pipeline. Analysing difficult offices and proactively suggesting solutions
- Creating relationships with your brokers and clients by scheduling regular catch ups and networking events. Interacting with posts via social media and keeping up to date with the market
- Owning contract negotiations by discussing the commercials with the client/broker and continuing the post viewing follow ups until contract stage
About you
You’re a team player with learning agility and exceptional planning and organisational skills. You can effectively deal with ambiguity and have a ‘team player’ attitude. You have;
- 1 year sales experience within the serviced office industry
- Experience working for an operator (preferable, but not a requirement)
- Good knowledge of IT and CRMs
